POLY BAGGING MACHINE FOR THIN, FLAT PRODUCTS

Machine automatically produces sealed polythene bags (packs) from a single reel of film.

The Mailbag vertical polybagging packaging machine produces up to 1200 packs per hour depending on operator dexterity. Available in semi-automatic and automatic bagging models, to pack and protect every type of thin product and printed material such as magazines, small news papers, comics, periodicals, catalogues, greetings cards, documents, instruction books, technical manuals, leaflets, CDs, warranty cards, booklets, writing paper pads and many other  products. The operator places the item in the top, and the finished wrap comes out the bottom!

Continua Automatic

The Continua is a completely automatic horizontal packaging machine, extremely compact and with an innovative sealing system (with worldwide patent). Products, within side guides, are driven into a forming box, while the central sealing is carried out by a heated wheel. The film runs on a loose conveyor belt driven by two pliers that, through an alternate movement, seal and cut the film transversally. Bags are then ejected through an opening at the end of the machine. The Continua is not just a mailing machine. It can be coupled with a shrink tunnel and fitted with an electrostatic sealing device for better looking central sealing. A variety of products, subject to size,  can be packed: Magazines, newspapers, catalogues, CDs, videotapes, boxes, table-cloths, frames, folders, books, gadgets, videogames, notebooks, wallets, prints, linen, and gifts.
